Since 2005, Starcare has been a proud healthcare provider of support services to adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and the Elderly by providing high- quality, community-based support services from the comfort of their homes.

Employment & Integration

1915(c) Waiver Services
We provide comprehensive Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) through the 1915(c) Waiver, offering personal assistance, habilitation services, respite care, and supported employment.
ECF CHOICES Program
Through the Employment and Community First CHOICES program, we help individuals gain employment, live independently, and integrate into their communities with comprehensive support services.
